E.o.t.T.: New Wednesday CircuitApril 13, 2011
Timed Circuit; attempt to better your time with each set.
This circuit is used when I have the opportunity to come in three times a week and my Monday/Friday routines are a lot of heavy lifting. Please see my E.o.t.T. page for Disclaimers.
Warm-Up #4 (will post separately; see the category E.o.t.T.)
Walking lunges wearing weight vest with 15 lbs. (Up and back the length of the room, approx. 8-10 steps each way.)
Hand walks wearing weight vest with 15 lbs., about half the length of the room, up and back (Try to be as straight as you can, do not let your back sag.)
Russian Twists for 12 repetitions
Wall Holds for 45 seconds
Overhead press with 12 lbs each hand for 15 repetitions
Kettle bell pull-throughs, 30 lbs., 25 repetitions
Barbell bicep curls, ?? lbs., for 20 repetitions
Three minutes rest; either complete three sets with 10-13 minutes running on treadmill at an incline of 2 with a speed of 5.0 or complete a 4th set.
My fastest time is 3 minutes 46 seconds.
